Terms & Conditions :
  • Payment 70% advance, balance just after Completion of set up. 
  • Payments will be accepted by cheque / cash / DD/Bank Transfers in favor of Manan Creations only.
  • Goods &Service Tax as applicable on total billing amount. (Current rate 18%)
  • In case of catering 1 person would be served with 1 plate only, else counting will differ accordingly.
  • Apart from the minimum guarantee 10% - 15% extra arrangement would be kept for catering purpose.
  • 15% excess of minimum guarantee, agreed rate will be charged.
  • Above 15% extra on minimum guarantee, 20% extra on agreed rate will be charged.
  • Services are subjected to availability.
  • Once finalized, you need to make full payment, in case of cancellation of event.
  • All advances are nonrefundable.
  • Rates may vary due to difference of dates.
  • All sizes mentioned above are approximate which can be up and down depending upon production requirements at site.
  • All authorized Licenses & Govt. Permissions required for the above management need to be provided by you.
  • All exhibiting materials, as well as goods or services for which rates are not mentioned in the above quotation need to be provided by you, else, if input or placed by us then charges for same will be applicable, as per our norms.
  • Co-ordination charges or management fees (10% of that service cost) will be applicable, for any service which is not under our contract & going to be assisted by us, in same case it is not necessary that we are bound to assist you for that service.
  • The above quotation is an estimate layout for the event, thus changes may occurring the final billing amount, as per your suggestions & requirement.
  • For confirmation of this event from your side, you need to provide us either one signed copy of this document, or you can send us the same through mail also.
